The WYLN Great Summer Giveaway Rules & Regulations

How to Enter the Contest:

1. The WYLN Great Summer Giveaway will begin on June 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008.

2. To participate in the contest, the entrant must fill out the entry form available at the participating businesses and submit it in the entry boxes at these locations:  Conyngham Builders Supply - Route 93 Conyngham, Sugarloaf Sheds - Route 93 Sugarloaf, Heritage Fresh Food - Poplar Street Hazleton, Carmen’s Bakery and Deli - downtown Hazleton, and Case & Keg Beverage – 1^st & Alter Street Hazleton.
3. Each contestant is to watch the WYLN 10 pm News Weather Forecast and record five (5) accurate high and low temperatures.
4. Only one (1) winner will be selected.  All persons must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Eligibility Restrictions:

1. The contest is open to all persons who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of WYLN TV-Triple J Community Broadcasting are not eligible to participate.
2. If required by specific contest rules, restrictions such as signing participant release will be required.
3. For Registration, the entrant must enter the first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, and home telephone number on the entry form provided at the entry locations. Limit one (1) entry per person. 

Prizes:

1. The winner of the WYLN Great Summer Giveaway will receive a summer package that includes: a barbequing grill from Conyngham Builders, a picnic table from Sugarloaf Sheds, and various items needed for your summer picnic from Heritage Fresh Foods, Carmen’s Bakery & Deli, and Case Keg Beverage.  
2. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKUP AND DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION OF ALL PRIZES. A VOUCHER FOR PRIZES may be picked up at the office of WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting, 1055 East 10^th Street, Hazleton, Pa.  The winner will forfeit any prize claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.  In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival.  WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize. If prize must be picked up at location other than station, describe arrangements.

3. Contest prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

Selection of Winners

1. All entries will be collected and only one (1) winner will be selected.
2. The contest winner will be announced July 4^th weekend.
3. The deadline for contest entry is July 1^st.

Conditions:

1. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have his/her name, any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
2. The contest winner will be required to sign a liability release prior.  Following the liability release, the winners will agree NOT to hold WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting, Conyngham Builders, Sugarloaf Sheds, Heritage Foods, Carmen’s Bakery & Deli, and Case Keg Beverage accountable of any claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
3. WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting contest. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned. WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.
4. No purchase is necessary.  The contest is void where prohibited.
5. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the decision of WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting.
6. WYLN TV – Triple J Community Broadcasting is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
